Nurture You.  Nurture Family & Community!

A four week workshop designed to explore how Spiritual Practices can help support the Work of Mothers & Mothers-to-be. We hope to develop a sense of community to Nurture, Honor and Support mothers that can sustain itself beyond the scope of this workshop.

•  Examine what barriers complicate your ability to nourish yourself. 
• Clarify and align with an authentic sense of purpose. 
• Explore meditations, songs, and visualization practices. 
• Envision creative ways to care for yourself, your family and community from a grounded loving foundation.

Where: Humboldt Unitarian Fellowship, Bayside (off of Jacoby Creek Rd.)

When: Tuesdays, March 5th - 26th: 10:00 a.m. -11:20 a.m.

Limited On Site Childcare available, $8 per child, per class. Sibling discount available. Please contact me before the first class if you need childcare, so we can have an appropriate adult child ratio. Work Trade available, inquire if needed.
